A little bit ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Joyce, from the sunny island, Singapore! I'm a freelance educator and serious parent who is constantly experimenting with parenting strategies to see what works. I started this blog to share practical parenting solutions that I've learnt from research and practice.
Previously, I was a teacher for 15 years and have taught children of various age groups and abilities. In my work, I've had the privilege of serving in different areas such as: Curriculum Developer at the Ministry of Education, Head of English Department, and Head of Character and Citizenship Education.
I have 3 adorable children of ages 4, 8 and 12. They bring me lots of sunshine (and some tears naturally). Other than being a chocolate and K-drama lover, I'm also obsessive about decluttering and home organising.
